JUST RETURNED FROM OUR SECOND TRIP TO LASSI THIS YEAR THE FRIST WAS IN MAY WHEN WE LANDED 15 CARP 5NO THIREYS TO 38 LB THE SECOND TRIP WAS AS THE END OF JUNE BETWEEN US WE LANDED 3 CATS 92LB,74LB,AND67LB AND LOST THREE WE ALSO HAD 9 CARP SIX BEING OVER 30LB THE FACILITIES ARE EXCELLENT ALL IN ALL A VERY GOOD VENUE CANNOT WAIT TO RETURN THANKS

5 of us travelled to Lassi, and from the start things started a bit slow, but after a day of light rain things picked up, personally picking up 4 carp biggest 41lb 8oz, Dean having 3 carp biggest 34lb with a 25lb sturgeon (caught for the second time that week),Terry with the first catch of the 25lb sturgeon and Stuart with a 30lb mirror. Mother Goose Ken with a new nick name of Catman, landed on the last night the 92lb cat with a 25lb mirror. Facilities are good. All in all, yes a good venue and worth while a revisit. Thanks Dave.

We had our trip to Lagune Lassi this year in June. It is a picture perfect lake and surroundings it is 5 mins from the shops so you can get anything you need and petrol. There is a flushing toilet and a shower on the lake. The fishing was good we had 34 fish from 25lb to 41lb, there is also sturgeon and cats in the lake all the fish we caught were unmarked no scratches or scars they are well looked after I would definitely recommend it, you wont be disappointed, keep it up Dave and Heather your doing good!!!

Our party of 3 had a great weeks fishing during August. We had between us 3 catfish, 25lb, 74lb and 92lb. A sprinkling of carp in the high 20's, 14x carp in mid 30's and a 42lb lump....not to forget the 25lb sturgeon that picked up my bait 4 times. Cracking venue with clean good facilities. Very secure and of course the village is handy for the essential supplies. I'd certainly go again.

Just came back from our first trip to lagune lassi so far its been the best venue we have have been to my self {daniel} and ricky both caught our p.b me having 12.lb common 25.lb and 26lb sturgens a 26.lb mirror and toped of with a really nice fat 31.lb mirror and with ricky having a 25.lb sturgen 26.lb mirror 31.lb mirror 32.lb mirror and a 39.lb mirror lump to top that of the fishing and the surroundings excellant and the wild life is superb so we have booked up for 2008 already keep up the good work dave and heather!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well where do i start, this is the first time we've been to the lake and what a lovely little set up. we were both happy with the trip thou the fishing wasnt that easy for part of it. we still managed to sneak out 10 carp to 35lb a cat of 80lb which i must say on 2 3/4test on scaled down kit (12lb - size 8) was great fun,a 25lb sturgeon and loads of tench. shower, toilet, lodge, barrows all the facilities are spot on. the only one complaint would be the frogs like the man before us, that was just unreal still they need to do their stuff like the rest of us.thanks very much dave and heather and we will be back. back. :toast: :toast: :toast: :toast: :toast: :toast: :toast: :D :D

Dave you asked for our impressions regarding our recent trip to your lake w/c 19/5/07. A beautiful lake in a peaceful location, the lodge shower and toilet facilities were excellent. Unfortunately our trip coincided with the carp spawning, however we managed six fish towards the end of the week. Two thirties, two twenties, a 25lb catfish and a 25lb sturgeon. One of the thirties was a perfect common and was the hardest fight I have had to date. Our crew are all experienced and have taken 40s and 50s all over France we have never planned a return visit to any water to date, as there are so many venues to try, however we are seriously considering a return to Lagune Lassi. The only complaint from my mate in the lodge swim was that the frogs were incredibly loud, they were obviuosly mating too ! Regards Ken Mather

well how do you sum up a lake that goes from strength to strength in one word carpandcatasticheaven we think., this year i had 25 runs landing 17 carp to 40+ and two sturgeon i also lost one of the huge cats that live in the lake my mate steve landed 12 carp to 40+ and had some serious action with the sturgeon lol. our tenth trip is already booked. dave & heather we thankyou very much

Recently returned from my yearly trip to Lassi,it's my fourth time there and it just keeps getting better. I had my biggest fish from lassi this trip with a 42lb mirror, along with three thirties and a few twenties. One of the lads who came with me called Ryan had a catfish of 82lb. It was huge, it was the fish he had caught from lassi and what a fish. To start with it fought really hard and ran him ragged. The other lad I took was John who's biggest was a 37lb mirror and another PB. Already booked my return trip for next year, gotta have one of those big common's...... what a great venue to spend a week at, superb surroundings, great fishing, it just keeps improving every time i return.
