1.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE: The person signing the booking form must have full authority of all the people on the form and have accepted these terms and conditions on behalf of all of them.
2.

TARIFFS: The tariffs are as shown on the Lagune Lassi tariff list and are guaranteed from the date we receive your completed booking form and deposit.

3. RESERVATION: Your booking will be reserved when we receive your completed booking form and deposit. A confirmation will be sent to you and how to pay the balance.
4. DEPOSIT: A deposit of at least 50% of the total holiday cost should be sent together with the booking form to Lagune Lassi. Cheques in Sterling (UK) should be made payable to Lagune Lassi. The deposit is non-refundable. The 'deposit' should be 100% of the total cost when booking less than 8 weeks in advance.
5. BALANCE OF PAYMENT: The balance of the payment must be made in full no later than 8 weeks before the date of your booking. If we do not receive payment before that date we reserve the right to cancel your booking. You will forfeit your deposit and we will charge a cancellation fee as detailed in point 6 below.

CANCELLATION FEES: If you cancel your holiday, you will be liable for a cancellation fee based on the following:

Cancellation 8 weeks or more before booked date — fee is deposit only.
Cancellation less than 8 weeks before trip date — fee is full cost of trip.
7. If you cancel your booking we must receive written confirmation from the person who signed the booking form.
8. INSURANCE: You are strongly advised to arrange a travel insurance policy covering medical costs, cancellation and for the party's personal belongings and public liability etc. since these are not covered by us. Under European Law you are also required to carry a stamped E111 form, available from your local post office.
9. PASSPORT: It is your responsibilty to ensure that all members of your party hold valid passports for travel within the European Community.
10. THE LAW: Signature on the booking form constitutes a contract between you and Lagune Lassi and is accepted by both partiesto be subject to English Law.
11. FORCE MAJEURE: We are not liable for any loss, delay or cancellations due to the following: fire, storm, flood, closure of ports, weather conditions, acts of god, riots, political unrest, industrial disputes, war or any other event or circumstances beyond our control.
12. LIABILITY: Under no circumstances shall our liability to you exceed the amount paid to us for your trip.
13. FISHERY RULES: All persons agree to abide by the fishery rules. Further copies available on request.
14. CATCH REPORT: The catch report must be fully completed and returned to the management within two weeks of end of stay. These forms will be issued to you in your final information pack.
15. PERSONAL RISK: Fishing is carried out entirely at angler's own risk and the owners accept no responsibility for any accidents or damage that might occur on the property.
16. COMPLAINTS: In the unlikely event that you or a member of your party has a complaint regarding their stay please advise us immediately.
17. CHILDREN: No one under the age of 14 years is allowed to fish. All children under 16 years old must be supervised by an adult angler.
